Massimo Magni
I am EssilorLuxottica Associate Professor of Leadership at Bocconi University, and I am currently Director of the MSc in International Management. I have served as Director of the Organization & HR Department at SDA Bocconi School of Management, and I was member of the Management Board. I earned a PhD from LUISS University (Rome) and I was a visiting PhD at the University of Maryland. My research has been published in primary scientific outlet, such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, and several others. I have conducted numerous workshops in Europe, Middle East, and North America. My research results have been reported in managerial magazines such as MIT Sloan Management Review, World Economic Forum Agenda, Harvard Business Review (Italian edition), Forbes, and Bloomberg.
My academic work revolves around several topics: teamworking in dispersed settings, mobile technology use and dispersed collaboration, work-life balance and mobile technology use. My work and teaching commitments are aimed at supporting individuals, teams and organizations leaders in developing a team-oriented and collaborative culture.
