Paola Cillo
I am Associate Professor at Bocconi University and Associate Dean for Research at SDA Bocconi School of Management. I hold a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University.
My research has been published in leading academic journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Marketing, Strategic Management Journal, Research Policy, Journal of Product Innovation Management among others.
My teaching covers creativity and innovation, with particular emphasis on the role of artificial intelligence in innovation and marketing decisions. I also teach courses on luxury business management, exploring the impact of technology and AI in the luxury sector.
My research focuses on the dynamics of innovation in creative industries, financial markets’ reactions to innovation, and the intersection of artificial intelligence and innovation.
