Colin Prescott Macarthur

I lead successful digital transformation programs in the United States and Canadian federal governments, consulting for the White House, NASA, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. I taught design thinking processes for entrepreneurship at Northeastern University, and lectured at Harvard University and University of California, Berkeley. I served as a delegate to the OECD Working Party of Senior Digital Government Officials in Brussels, and speak widely on customer experience transformation and building cultures of innovation. I hold a Master in Information Management and Systems from the School of Information, University of California, Berkeley.
