Ekaterina Netchaeva


I received my PhD in Business Administration with the focus on Organizational Behavior and Social Psychology from the University of Utah in 2014. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of British Columbia.

Currently, I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University. In 2019, I was a visiting assistant professor at London Business School. My research has been published in Organizational Science, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Psychological Science, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin and European Journal of Social Psychology
